Happy Workout Wednesday! For today’s Mommy Boot Camp, I’m including a full body strength and cardio workout that is pregnancy safe, 30 minutes long, and requires minimal equipment. Click the video below to view! Also, I’ve put together a sample of what a week’s worth of runs might look like. I put “might” because this is obviously not what I would recommend for a beginner. This is similar to what I am doing at the moment: running three days a week with a speed day, an easy day, and then a longer distance day. Happy working out! Bonus points if you take your kids along for your run on the easy day!
